By downloading or using Music Memo ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The Service
Music Memo is a sound-based memory card matching game. The app includes single-player, local two-player, and online two-player game modes, a daily challenge, statistics, and optional premium features.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.
3. Free Tier and Premium Subscription
- The app is free to download. Free users receive a limited number of games per day: 5 single-player and 3 local two-player games. Online multiplayer requires a premium subscription.
- Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) with a 7-day free trial where offered, purchased through the Apple App Store.
- The subscription auto-renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- We may change prices or plans; changes take effect at the next renewal and we will notify you as required by applicable law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: cheat, automate gameplay, abuse online matchmaking, harass other players, attempt to bypass free-tier limits or premium access controls, interfere with the app's operation, or use the app in any way that violates law.
5. Content and Licensing of Sounds
In-game sound effects are either original, synthesized, or licensed from third-party sources (including Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License). The sounds are provided for use within the app only and may not be extracted, redistributed, or sold separately.
6. User Accounts and Online Features
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Online multiplayer is provided on a best-effort basis; we are not responsible for connection interruptions, lost sessions, or third-party behavior.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app at any time for violation of these terms, misuse, or as required by law. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
